Often habitual behaviour, such as anger, was at one stage unconsciously learnt, then became a habit and is now being practiced out and in some cases, ruling lives.
My background: Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland. I have a BA Honours in Politics from Newcastle University. I have worked in the Corporate World for large multinationals such as Nissan and Aldi. I'm a keen traveler, having visited over 30 countries. I trained as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher in India and have a Diploma in Mindfulness. I'm an attuned Reiki Level II Practitioner, a proud Airbnb Superhost, qualified Practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy® (TLT), Hypnosis and Coaching and founder of LEASK COACHING.
